We don't position ourselves as the biggest property manager in the Bay Area, and we're not trying to be. Vero is sized to give every property real attention — close enough to the work to know your home, your tenant, and your numbers without checking a spreadsheet.
The work itself is mostly familiar: lease the home well, collect rent reliably, coordinate maintenance carefully, and keep the owner clearly informed. What's different is the absence of friction — and the absence of small surprise charges that erode the relationship over time.
