Emergency maintenance

If it's urgent and a safety risk, call first.

Active flooding, gas leaks, fire, no heat in cold weather, or anything that puts people or property in immediate danger should be reported by phone, not through the portal.

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first. Then call Vero Properties — emergency phone instructions will be provided in your welcome packet and tenant portal.

  • Non-urgent issues: submit through the tenant portal
  • Urgent: call Vero Properties directly
  • Immediate danger: dial 911, then notify Vero
